Boil the vegetables until just done. Finish them in your favorite wine sauce.

The carrots are cooked, salted and served with oil & vinegar.

124- Aliter
The carrots are boiled, sliced and stewed with cumin and a little oil and served.

Boil the carrots, slice and finish in a coating of olive oil and a pinch of cumin.
